EmpireMovies.com posted up all the new wall posters, which will be available for sale soon. Included where two new posters of Jango Fett and Slave 1.
The Jango Fett poster features a large full view of the bounty hunter, as well as several movie shots on the right side. To the lower left you can see a small movie shot of Slave 1.
The Slave 1 poster is a action shot that looks right out of the movie, with Obi-Wan in his Jedi Starfighter being chased by Slave 1 (lasers firing at him) through an asteroid field.
You can see either of the two poster's images bigger by clicking on the thumbnails to the left.

http://www.episode1-3.de/ has posted a new image, which has never been seen before, or even known about. According to the image, it appears that Jango Fett meets with Zam Wesell
sometime either before or after she attempts to attack Padme and the big chase through Coruscant happens. Click on the image to the left to enlarge it.
Lucasarts announced the existence of a new game called Star Wars: Bounty Hunter for Playstation 2. Just recently the trailer was found on the Jedi Starfighter game (also for PS2). You can view the trailer
here (courtesy IGN.com). The game features Jango Fett and Slave 1. For images from the trailer, click here or on the image title above this text.
Here's the StarWars.com release notes: It's All Yours, Bounty Hunter:
"Jango Fett, the ruthless and feared mercenary to be introduced in this summer's Attack of the Clones, will make his interactive debut later this year in the action-packed Star Wars Bounty Hunter from LucasArts Entertainment Company
LLC. Through Jango (father of Boba Fett), players will plunge into the dark, deadly world of a Bounty Hunter, a role Star Wars game fans have long awaited to play. Star Wars Bounty Hunter is expected to release fall 2002 on PlayStation 2 and GameCube. Inspired by events between Star Wars: Episode I and II, Star Wars Bounty Hunter presents an original, compelling third-person action game experience which establishes Jango Fett's place in the Star Wars galaxy, and his connection to the notorious clone army.
Star Wars Bounty Hunter draws players into Jango Fett's sinister and seedy world, where thieves, assassins -- and worse -- thrive. Using his cunning and a host of deadly skills, Jango Fett ventures into the rarely explored dark side of the Star Wars universe to track down the elusive leader of a mysterious and deadly cult. All the while, he'll compete against a brutal rival from his past, in a quest to capture the ultimate bounty, dead or alive.
Because of Boba Fett's amazing legacy Star Wars fans have been requesting a Bounty Hunter game from LucasArts for years," says Tom Byron, director of product marketing for LucasArts. "Star Wars Bounty Hunter will make their wait well worth it, delivering the intense, suspense-filled experience players want and expect. Like his legendary son, Jango Fett is mysterious and powerful. He's the ultimate anti-hero who defines much of what's cool about Star Wars."
Gameplay emphasizes intense combat and physical action in the relentless pursuit of prey across six fantastic worlds and 18 levels.
Jango Fett faces off against an onslaught of the worst scum in the universe, including crime lords, corrupt politicians, enemies of various species, and a ruthless competitor from his own mysterious past. He is equipped with an arsenal of powerful weapons such as dual blaster pistols, a flame thrower, missiles, and a distinctive jet pack soon to be familiar to Star Wars fans.
The development of Star Wars Bounty Hunter utilizes the unique, world-renowned talents of LucasArts' sister companies Industrial Light & Magic (ILM) and Skywalker Sound. This marks the first time other companies in the Lucas group have combined their expertise in the production of a LucasArts game. ILM is generating cinematics for Star Wars Bounty Hunter, and Skywalker Sound is creating sound effects for the game."

StarWars.com and basically every other Star Wars site out there have now shown the brand new Star Wars Episode 2 Theatrical poster, which continues in the line of posters painted
by artist Drew Struzan (he also did all the Special Edition posters as well as Episode 1's poster). Jango Fett is featured right in the center, standing farther out than any of the other characters in the poster. To see the image in full size,
click on the image that's located to the left.
Did you catch it? It was only for a few frames, and then was gone. HE wasn't the center of attention in the frames either, a bald Jet wielding a lightsaber was. Who are we talking about? Jango
Fett! That's right, if you slowed down the Clone War (Trailer D) and went frame by frame, you'd find that the scene with Mace Windu (Samuel L. Jackson) also has Jango Fett.... WAY to the left of the screen! This is the first image of the
infamous Mace vs. Jango Fett battle, click on the image to enlarge it. What do you think of the image? Click here to discuss it at the Boba Fett Forums!
TheForce.net was the first to point out that a bunch of new images where found on the web at really high resolution. The images are probably from a Star Wars press kit, or are from actual screen caps of the movie! But
what's really neat is that one of the images show Slave 1 taking off from the landing pad on the rain city of Kamino, right after the big Obi-Wan and Jango Fett battle! Another image shows Obi-Wan walking back to his Jedi Starfighter, also after the
battle is over. Both images are to the left, and will open in a new window enlarged when clicked on. What do you think of these new images? Got an questions? Are you wondering who Jango Fett is? Post your questions and thoughts
in our FREE Boba Fett Multimedia Page message board located here!
Thanks to Kinetic74 from TheForce.net for getting this scan of the new soundtrack covers for the Episode 2: Attack of the Clones soundtrack. There are 4 different covers, each being limited edition. Of
those covers has Jango Fett, and will probably be a hard to find one. The other three are of Yoda with Force Lightning, Anakin and Padme, and a mystery cover not revealed yet. All 4 covers can be seen by clicking on the image to the
left.
Also, there are reports on the new Episode 2 posters you might see in theaters, one of them particular might be on you'll want to look out for: "1. Jango Fett -Full Figure image of the Bounty Hunter, with action shots down the side." If anyone could get us an image of this poster and send it to episode2updates@bobafettmp.com we'd really appreciate it!
And finally, there's a new line from Episode 2 that Jango speaks. It's probably in Slave 1, talking to young Boba Fett in the seat next to him, and refers to Obi-Wan: "He doesn't seem to be able to take a hint. Well, if we can't lose him, we'll have to finish him."
The new trailer is out! Star Wars Episode 2: Attack of the Clones Trailer D 'Clone War' was aired at first on Fox 11 stations, then on StarWars.com. It's the last and biggest trailer of them all! IT
features lots of new shots of Jango Fett and Slave 1! From Slave 1 launching a giant missile to Jango Fett firing madly at Obi-Wan, this trailer is the best yet! So, like all other trailers, we went and took snapshots of all of the scenes with
Jango Fett and anything associated with him and put them in a gallery with captions explaining what's going on. You can see this gallery by clicking HERE or on the graphics above. What did you think of the trailer? Talk about it in the Boba Fett Multimedia Forums! It's free to sign-up and post!
Want to see the trailer? Well, just pick which size you'd like. You will need QuickTime 5 to watch these, and QuickTime 5 Pro to see the large size. QuickTime can be downloaded at http://www.quicktime.com
In other newstoday, the New Zealand Sunday News posted an article on Temuera Morrison (Jango Fett), who is originally from New Zealand. The article contains a few new
images of Jango Fett and young Boba Fett. Both pages with Jango Fett are to the left of this text, just click on the images to make them enlarge in a new window. Here's a clip from TheForce.net: "Tem, 40 was headhunted for the role of Jango Fett - the best and baddest bounty hunter in the universe. Casting director Robin Gurland knew Tem was the ideal Jango after seeing him as Jake the Mus in 'Once Were
Warriors'. 'When George Lucas was creating this role I spoke to him about Tem,' she said. 'He also thought Temuera would be a wonderful addition to the cast.'"
And last but not least, the newest issue of Star Wars Gamer features a new photo of an unmasked Jango Fett. The scan is rather blurry, but good enough to see his face. You can click on the image to
enlarge it in a new window.
StarWars.com has released part 10 of their on going 'Making of Episode 2' series online. The latest video features the Jedi of the movie, and the art of lightsaber battles. In the video, there are quite a few shots of the Jango Fett vs.
Obi-Wan sequence, as well as some of Jango Fett in the arena battle near the end of the film! We took a bunch of captures from the video and put them in a new section, which you can see here, or by clicking the image bellow.
Now, where do you view this video? Well, if you're registered on StarWars.com, you can see it at: 240x153 Size (Low Bandwidth)
480x286 Size (High Bandwidth) Note - You WILL need QuickTime 5 to see these videos.

Next Up, StarWars.com recently posted a preview image of the new Star Wars Episode 2 - Attack of the Clones Visual Encyclopedia. Many of you probably have the original visual encyclopedias, and know how neat they
are! Well, the preview just happened to be one of the pages with Jango Fett and Boba Fett! You will find the image preview to the left of this text. Click on it to enlarge it in a new window. You can see a few of the weapons Jango
Fett has, including the Kyber Dart. It'll be interesting to see what's on the second page. As they say, like father, like son.
Also, TheForce.net reports on a spy who gave them some insight into what happens to Boba Fett after Jango Fett (his father) dies: "In the reaction thread of the Jedicouncil to AICN's script review of Episode II, Sith Interceptor dropped off some coolness about a scene mentioned in that review. Here's part about the Fetts, follow for more about Jar Jar:
Boba looks down to see his fathers helmet lying on the ground. He slowly bends down and picks it up. He looks around to Mace Windu in the distance. He gives him a cold stare, puts the helmet on and fires his jetpack which takes him up over the arena and towards his father's ship."

Theforce.net has found a new interview with Temuera Morrison and his views on Jango Fett: 'The Auckland-based actor has since moved on to a featured role in Star Wars: Episode II, which premieres in the United States in May, but says he would love to try another humorous film.
"Nobody ever thinks of me in a comedy role. I'm a pretty funny guy, my life is a comedy."
It must seem that way as the Star Wars publicity machine cranks into action. Morrison, who plays the coldly efficient bounty hunter Jango Fett, is starring in a Playstation game and will have his own doll.
"I think my character will be one of the popular ones," he says, resigned to a round of publicity appearances.' Got a question about Jango Fett? How about Episode 2? Join us in the Boba Fett Multimedia Page forum!
Also, Dark Horse comics has released a 7 page preview of their new JANGO FETT GRAPHIC NOVEL, which features Boba Fett and Jango Fett. The preview also shows what might be a kaminoian!

StarWars.com has been releasing images of the Episode 2 Hasbro action figure line, yet they only show shots of the figure, and never any of how they are packaged. Well, thanks to some sellers on E-bay, we not
have first looks at Boba Fett and Jango Fett's Episode 2 Action figure packaging! Click on the images to enlarge them in a new window.

Also, StarWars.comhas put up images of the new Lego 'Jango Fett's Slave 1.' They are finally making
Slave 1 to almost correct size (better than the really badly scaled Slave 1 out already). It's interesting to see that you can take Jango Fett's helmet off.
Probably one of the biggest pieces of news to ever come along to date for us Boba Fett and Jango Fett fans. StarWars.com has released their annual Episode 2: Attack of the Clones 'making of' online videos. Who says Christmas doesn't come twice
a year, because this episode (#9) features Jango Fett, Boba Fett, the original Boba Fett and new unseen Return of the Jedi Behind the Scenes Video, Temuera Morrison (Jango) interviews, Daniel Logan (Boba) interviews, Jeremy Bulloch (Original Boba)
interviews,
and much, much more. The footage from this video is amazing. Jango Fett looks better and better. We'll have a snapshot gallery with about 65 snapshots from this video up sometime soon with some in-depth captions on each shot. Until
then, make sure you see this by clicking on one of the two buttons bellow and scroll under the buttons to see some highlights and some snap shot previews. This is not something you want to miss. When all of us here saw it, we had to go pick our jaws up from the floor after it was over. It's that
good!
And when you're done watching it, make sure you post your thoughts in the Boba Fett forum! NOTE:
You need QUICKTIME to plays these videos. (It's free, and can be downloaded here)
Here are some previews as well as a list of the best features:
- We see a lot of shot of Jango Fett and Boba Fett in Slave 1.
- We see Temuera Morrison getting fitted for the Jango Fett costume with a very raw and quick costume. It appears to be vacuum formed, and looks just like Boba Fett's costume in shape.
- We see George Lucas directing Boba Fett and Jango Fett, as well as clowning around with them. "You know how to [fly a starship] right?" - George Lucas to Daniel Logan (Boba Fett)
- We see most of the scenes with Boba Fett from the classic trilogy (Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi)
- Jeremy Bulloch talks about his experience with the kneepad darts on the Empire set.
- We see never before seen footage of Jeremy Bulloch in the Boba Fett costume during the Tatooine sequence in Return of the Jedi. We also get to see 'another angle' of the scene where Han Solo hit's Boba Fett's jetpack and sends him flying.
- We see lots and lots of green screen shots with Ewan McGregor (Obi-Wan Kenobi) and Temuera Morrison (Jango Fett) either practicing fighting in the big rain battle on Kamino or actually filming the battle. There is a lot of gun flashing, lost of drop
kicking and lightsaber swinging. We see Obi-Wan kicking Jango Fett over on to the ground. We also see Obi-Wan 'using his head' against Jango. Literally!
- We see close up shots of the new costume and the new 'millennium silver' colors on the costume as Temuera Morrison (Jango Fett) put it.
- We see some completed shots of the rain battle from the trailers. We also see some more parts of Slave 1 chasing Obi-Wan in his Jedi Fighter in the Asteroid Field.
- There are many shots of the massive landing platform where the big Jango Fett vs. Obi-Wan Kenobi in the rain battle will take place.
- Daniel Logan plays with Obi-Wan's lightsaber between takes, complete with his own lightsaber sounds!
- We see what life is like between takes, as Temuera Morrison clowns around with the cameraman and talks about how he cannot see anything when the helmet fogs up.
- And finally, to finish it all up, Temuera Morrison (Jango Fett) does his special performance of "Singin in the Rain" between takes.
The official site has this as their caption: "Boba Fett?! Boba Fett? Where? It was November, 1978 -- in an era before home video or downloadable Star Wars entertainment on demand. The notion of a two-hour Star Wars Holiday Special on television was electrifying to many a fan. Though the end program delivered mixed results, there was a definite standout of the evening. An animated segment introduced fans to a memorable new character -- Boba Fett.
This new bounty hunter soon was everywhere. Comic strips, preview action figures, apparel, and elsewhere -- all in anticipation to his big-screen debut in The Empire Strikes Back. History has a way of repeating itself. With a few scant months to go before the premiere of Attack of the Clones, there's a new bounty hunter who's the talk of the town."
NOTE - We know about the slow loading times of this page. We're going to start archiving the news soon.

-Next, we got an e-mail from 'JangoFatt' about a new image located at Cinescape.
The new image had Boba Fett, Jango Fett and Obi-Wan Kenobi. But, they where forced to take it down, so we decided to do the same in order to stay on Lucasfilm's good side. We can though post the scene that the image was about:
"Before I give up the juice, I just want to say that I'm not 100% sure on the order of the following events. According to the info I have, this is how it goes but things constantly change with this film, including spellings, scene order, what digital characters appear where, etc. I'm not sure but I think the tour is given by Lama Su alone but Taun We might be tagging along also. So anyhow, forgive any small errors but here's the deal on Kamino:
Obi-Wan's fighter lands on a platform in Tipoca City. He gets out and makes his way through the howling wind toward a tower on the far side of the platform. A door slides open and Obi-Wan passes through, going inside. Everything about this city is white, white, white. Obi-Wan pushes the soaking wet hood from his face and there he meets the Kaminoan, Taun We. Taun We welcomes Kenobi to Tipoca City. Obi-Wan must not be too familiar with the likes of Kaminoans as he's pretty surprised at her appearance. She's a tall, white/grayish-skinned alien similar to Yarael Poof but definitely not the same species. As Obi-Wan wipes the rain from his face, Taun We tells Kenobi that everything is ready and the Prime Minister (Lama Su) is expecting him and wants to give him a tour of the facility. Now, Tipoca is what's called a "Clone Center" - an industrial complex and factory where clones are produced. Obi-Wan sees many things on his tour supplied by the Taun We and Lama Su but he takes special notice of a classroom full of identical clones (who all look like little Boba Fett) doing different things like working at computer-like terminals. Lama Su explains how they have modified the genetic structure of the clones to make them less independent then the original host. As a result they are totally obedient and will take any order without question. (Just the kind of clones good soldiers are made of, wouldn't you say?)
Soon after, Taun We takes Obi-Wan to meet the source of the clones, one Jango Fett. As they wait at the door of the Fett apartment, Obi-Wan notes the door lock mechanism. The door opens, and little ten year old Boba Fett opens the door and looks at them. He is absolutely identical to the boys in the classroom Obi-Wan just saw on his tour. Taun We asks Boba if his "father" is there and Boba nods. Taun We then asks, "May we see him?" Boba replies, "Sure." and steps aside to let the visitors pass through the door. Now inside, Obi-Wan takes in the apartment while Boba calls out to Jango to let him know that Taun We is there. An unmasked Jango Fett then walks in from the bedroom. He's unshaven, rough-looking and has scars on his face. There are a couple of weird tattoos on his forearms.
This is a very tense scene as the eyes of Jango and Kenobi meet. They are eyeing each other up almost the whole scene with suspicion. Taun We welcomes Jango back from some previous trip he's recently back from and asks if the trip was productive. Jango replies with a short, "Fairly." He's a man of few words. Kenobi and Jango are still eyeing each other skeptically while Boba Fett takes notice and studies them from the side. Taun We then introduces the Jedi as, "Jedi Master, Obi-Wan Kenobi. He's come to check on our progress." To which Jango replies, "That right?" Eyes are still meeting with much suspicion in the air. At this point, Obi-Wan speaks up and tells Jango he must be very proud as the clones are quite impressive. Jango replies, "I'm just a simple man, trying to make my way in the universe, Master Jedi." "Aren't we all?" quips Kenobi.

- Next, StarWars.com has posted another image of their continuing Attack of the Clones Action Figure and Vehicle preview with a shot of the DELUXE Jango Fett action

- Next, a scan of the cover of the new Star Wars Encyclopedia which feature Star Wars Episode 2, Attack of the Clones, features
Jango Fett boldly on the cover! What's interesting is that the cover refers to the helmet as Mandalorian, which makes a few people wonder if there will indeed be Mandalorians in Episode 2! Click on the image to the left to enlarge it in a new

- Finally (Whew!),in the new Star Wars Insider #58 (see first update), there

Once again, a new set of image have leaked out with pictures of a boxed Episode 2 Slave 1 toy vehicle from Hasbro! Although it's from the same sculpt as the original Slave 1 (not really true size to the figures), it
appears they made up for it this time by really giving it a detailed paint job! Click on the images bellow to enlarge them in a new window.
Also, TheForce.net posted a little blurb on a new Jango Fett scene involving his gratitude to Boba Fett: "... Also, little Boba shoots Obi-Wan during his fight with Jango. Obi-Wan falls from the Kamino platform gives two Fetts chance to escape. After this, Jango congratulates Boba for his 'smart move.'"

A new set of photos has sprung up from Episode 2, which are really bad quality, but some some new things. There is one of Jango and Boba Fett in what looks to be from a photo shoot, a CG rendering of the new Slave 1,
and a composite of Jango Fett in front of clonetroopers. You can click on any of the images bellow to enlarge them. Talk about these in the Boba Fett Multimedia Page forum!
Also, new images of the brand new Episode 2 figures have leaked out! They look very detailed, and have some interesting accessories. Boba Fett comes with the familiar Return of the Jedi Orange/Blue/Red jetpack! Jango Fett comes
unposeable besides the head and arms. Slave 1 appears to have some new weapon accessories, but is basically from the same mold as the Power of the Force Slave 1. You can click on any of the images bellow to enlarge them. Talk about
these in the Boba Fett Multimedia Page forum!
We received word from 'JangoFett3' that Jango Fett will be the topic of an interview with Rick McCallum in the new Empire magazine. Here's a taste of the article:
"Star Wars had Darth Vader, Episode I had Darth Maul, but who will capture hearts and minds in the upcoming Attack of The Clones? Christopher Lee's certainly cool but hardly has the geek-appeal to set fans' pulses racing and no matter how toned down Jar Jar's antics are, we'll eat our own feet before believing it's him.
According to producer Rick McCallum, Episode II's iconic anti-hero is none other than Mandalorian bounty hunter Jango Fett. Given his action debut in the recent trailers, Jango, father of Boba, looks to be poster boy for Attack of The Clones and if there's one action figure guaranteed to be on every child's Christmas list next year, it's this one.
"He is the ultimate accessory dude," McCallum told Empire. "Forget all the bullshit that we have today - color mobile phones - this dude knows how to party. He comes to it with everything." Given that Boba Fett's brief appearances in The Empire Strikes Back and Return of The Jedi made him one of the all time
favorite Star Wars characters, it's not too much of a leap to imagine Jango will follow in his offspring's footsteps. "He's my favorite," enthuses McCallum, "he's my dream - to have the ability to walk into a studio meeting with that gear on, and say, 'Dude, I've got an idea.' If one of those young punk studio execs starts with, 'Well, Rick…', BOOM! I would just open up… I can't tell you what I would open up, but it would be brilliant."
The compete interview with Rick McCallum can be found in the February issue of Empire, on sale now. To make sure you get your copy, click here to subscribe."
